Refund policy

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized products, and clearance items may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at pawzandpurrfection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
